Specialized Recruitment Ecosystem "Edbinder is a niche talent marketplace connecting international educators with US-based opportunities. The project involved a comprehensive UI overhaul to establish a scalable Design System, unifying the visual experience and removing friction from complex application workflows."
The Friction (El Problema)
The platform suffered from severe visual inconsistency and fragmented flows, causing high cognitive load and user drop-off during job applications.
The Design Pivot (La Solución)
Implemented a Scalable Design System based on reusable atomic components. This standardized the UI across the massive platform without delaying development.
The Outcome (El Resultado)
Streamlined Onboarding. Significantly increased the account creation rate by simplifying the sign-up flow and reducing visual noise.
