Sustainable Travel Marketplace "Natik is a two-sided platform dedicated to eco-friendly accommodations. I led the UX/UI restructuring of the internal management dashboards, designing a modular architecture that simplifies property listings and enhances the booking experience for both hosts and guests."
The Friction (El Problema)
Hosts faced "Form Fatigue." Uploading a property required filling out endless inputs, and the dashboard buried key information under deep navigation.
The Design Pivot (La Solución)
Modular Dashboard Architecture. Redesigned the internal hub to show critical metrics at a glance and replaced typing fields with quick-selection buttons to speed up data entry.
The Outcome (El Resultado)
Accelerated Listing Speed. Drastically reduced the "Time-to-Publish" for new properties and established total visual consistency across host and guest views.
